Wonderful salon! I was an out-of-towner in need of care. Clean, professional and courteous. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Lindsay Randles and was treated like family. Thank you Lindsay!! I will definitely return when I am in the area again.
First time going to this salon and I would not recommend it to anyone I know. When the stylist does nothing to correct an issue with the result you asked for, it's evident that professionalism is not a priority. Not worth the time or money!!
She asks me each visit are there any changes that I want.
We have always had amazing appointments with Reflexions. I had my hair and make up done for my sister's wedding 3 years ago, and my own hair and make up done for my own wedding on (last) Saturday. I get my hair cut there every opportunity I have. They are wonderful and gifted stylists who do an incredible job with individualizing each look for each woman in a wedding party.
I went to Hair Reflections several times and it was ok at first but the last time I went Lindsey was very rude and rushed and could never seem to get the color right after taking several picturesto show to her exact color. I complained letting her know I was very much unhappy and she was very rude about it. I KNEW THEN I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE. JUST BECAUSE HER AUNT OWNS SALON AND SHE ACTS LIKE SHE KNOWS HAIR COLOR AND HI LITES, SHE DOESNT. REALLY SAD TO SPEND THAT KIND OF MONEY AND NOT GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE FOR COLOR. BEING VERY HONEST.. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL HELP EVERYONE. THANKS
