He did a good job with my necklace but I'm giving 2 stars because when I dropped it off I asked the lady in the front how much it was going to cost. I guess she didn't know an exact about so she told me it would be not be much since it was just sterling silver. Then she said "just a few dollars". In my mind I'm thinking ok then it will be about $15 or so. Well when I went back the lady was not in the front and I was charged $30. It was a simple break and I can't believe it cost that much. I won't be back
