( knowing you've had an account for 3 years) you try to set up a new account. it says you already have an account. When you try to log into said account it says account not found. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... Finally app finds account then it says invalid password. Ive had the same email and pass word for 10 years. I know my p.w.

Good pizza. App ordering is an F***ing nightmare. They offer coupons and reward points if you order from the app but it takes half an hour to get through all the b.s. to order anything. I just want a large pepperoni pizza d*mn it. Tried redeeming a coupon in store and they said it could only be used on the app so I sat at the check out counter for 1/2 an hour just trying to order off the app. App tells you to log in then. When you do, it says you don't have an account.

They contacted me about an issue with my delivery order. I've spent over an hour trying to repeatedly get in contact with them. They have yet to even answer a call. On top of that, I received a text saying my order was out for delivery 45 minutes ago. I've yet to receive it, even though I'm only a few miles away. Simply put, I will never order from this Pizza Hut again.
