Great experience. Great place. Had a fantastic time staying with them. Checking in and out was more than simple.

First using them. The reason for not more stars is that the apartment we rented had manteinance issues and they give us another one.The other unit it was nice also. But i would like to have the same unit. Also is the first time that i have to buy detergent, dish washer etc.paper towels and they just left us 1 roll of toilet paper for 8 days we had to buy that also.
If they left more of those little things will be nice.
My experience booking was ok. I had to cancel due to historic flooding in Louisiana and my full refund was not granted. As I told her the reason for my cancellation it didn't seem to bother her. At the end of our conversation I told her I would go back to Southern Realty again and not to Bret Robinson Properties. She said that's ok and good luck with your rebuild. Though it was only $40, it could've been the whole $1300. So beware or get the insurance if you are going to use their properties.
We have used Bretton Robinson about 15 years, usually stay at Phoenix V. This is the first year ever that we have been disappointed. Poor service. When we first arrived they had new desk person who took long time to get us checked in (we were preregistered). Usually able to rent underground parking, but they were all booked this time. Finally Thursday we were able to get one (had to call each day, they refused to let us sign waiting list). Later we left to go out and came back to someone else in that place. Turns out owner was in residence! They just blew it off as a mess up and blamed it on opposite shift. No appology. Security lock missing in our condo, we called and they didn't send anyone until next day. Sofas in room stained. They now require you to wear hospital bracelets the entire stay. Really aggravating! No advantage to paying more if place and service not worth more.
