When I started renting he told me it was my spot and I could put anything in it I wanted. I had 2 jet ski trailers in it. I had it rented for about 6 months, when summer came he told me I had to move to a smaller storage spot and if I didn't he was going to start charging me per item in the spot. He was very rude at that point.
