So, when we got here....Room 519 had the most AWFUL bed I have ever slept on....But, the front desk clerk went out of her way to give us keys to other available rooms to see which bed we liked best!!!! Great Place! Great Rate.....
Nice, clean rooms. Friendly front desk team. 1 block to beach. Reasonable rates. Just over 2 miles to The Wharf. Close to many restaurants. Walking distance to Waffle House.
Just arrived today and so far I have been enjoying myself. Very friendly staff, clean room, and in a great location to restaurants in walking distance. I will be back!
I've stayed in a variety of upscale and not so upscale hotels. The staff at this property were all amazing they treated us like royalty. I would definitely return to this property!
To start out, we stayed at this hotel for a wedding that was happening in town over the weekend. We picked this place because of its convenience to the ocean and everything in town, without the high cost. We drove in from Ohio early in the morning, and when booking the room, requested for early check in around noon; however, we arrived earlier than expected. I was able to call the hotel & I believe it was Michael who sorted out which floor we would be on and let us arrive & check in early. Not only that, but we arrived so early, breakfast was still going on and he welcomed us to check into our room and make our way back downstairs to enjoy breakfast. We were more than pleased, especially after driving 15 hours. The room was clean, the refrigerator was even there as requested, chilled and ready for us. The views from our balcony were beautiful, and the pool was fantastic When we requested for more towels, they were delivered faster than I've ever received them before and they were even still warm. Every time we walked through the lobby, no matter what time of the day it was, we were always greeted with a 'hello'. When we were eating breakfast, someone always came by and asked if there was anything they could help us get or if there was anything we wanted before they closed the food bar. Breakfast was wonderful for a hotel, and even on the weekend they have two waffle makers which is a great help for us waffle lovers. Probably one of the best hotel stays I've had in recent time, if not ever.
