The arcade games are fun, and there's always a few new ones every year. The laser tag is huge and amazing, and they have this game called bazooka ball I've never seen anywhere else! Third year my family has vacationed to Gulf Shores and we always come in at least twice. Never disappointed! I am a little sad to hear one of the guys is gone though. He was a geeky looking little guy, but he was great, both with us adults and the kids. Oh well, place is still great! Keep up the good work, and we will definitely keep coming back!
We love this place and go almost every time we come to town! Bazooka Ball is THE best. That's what we go for EVERY time. "We" are adults with no children age appropriate enough to play and we have a BLAST!
This is the "girl with braces" that was mentioned on Sean Wallace's post below. Here's my side of the story, the truth.
I remember this family, they were very nice to me and my employees the entire time they were here. They came in, had a blast and then were on their way. The next day, I get a phone call from a woman who was noticeably upset and requested to speak to a manager. She goes on to tell us that the girl working Bazooka, me, had told her son to shut up and that she demands a refund. When I asked her why she didn't approach a manager when the situation occurred, she said there were none on duty, which was lie because there were two of us there at the time.
Also I would like to point out that Rita Miller, Misty Mcmillin and Cheyenne Coulte are friend's of Sean Wallace who posted false negative reviews in response to our refusal to issue them a refund.
After the family had declined our numerous offers to allow them play the game again at no charge, it became clear to us that the family had spent too much on their vacation and upon realizing their predicament, they sought out to put other people's jobs on the line for their own selfish gain. This is a sad case that we experience from time to time working in a tourist town.

Obviously, none of the other employees, or our boss, believed this claim. I am decent person who loves children, and anybody who knows me personally would agree.
To reiterate, no, I did not tell these people's child to "shut up" and nor would ever say such things to any child in or out of my place of work.
We always pick a night to spend a little time here. No complaints about the staff or the games.
Kids loved the laser tag and ball blast. Not enough arcade games.
