Overall nice building. It is older and a few things could be updated. The sauna inside is broken and has been for a while. All common areas and pools are clean and the building is well maintained.

Nice place I guess..too many rules and regulations for my taste...I didn't feel at any time that I was welcome there..

Love the pool, beach, and covered parking. Some units are better than others.
