I cannot put into words how caring and amazing Coast Cab is. Pam the phone operator and Lydia the driver worked hand in hand to make sure that me and my friends were taken care of. I should mention that we were in this area during a huge music festival and even during the busiest time of the year they looked after us. A small company that provides a level of service that makes you feel like a VIP. THANK YOU and can't wait to use your service next year!!
Had a wonderful experience today - the Fourth of July. I had the first flight out in Pensacola and called at 4:45am for a pickup. They're aren't many 24 hour operations in Gulf Shores... but they answered. Little did I know,they were in the middle of a shift change. Before long my mobile was ringing at it was the owner coming to personally take me and make sure I made it in time. A delightful southern belle made for great conversation and a reminder of why I love this part of the country. Thank you for your service today!
Used this cab service twice today and reach ride had a clean van. The drivers and the dispatcher are all very polite and professional. The rate was cheaper than expected especially for the beach. Very short wait time. I highly recommend them.
