Lighthouse Unit 410 in Gulf Shores was perfect. Easy booking, check in, and check out. Condo was clean and stocked with expected amenities. Beautiful gulf views from the balcony, great location within walking distance of Gulf State Park.

We stayed with Liquid Life Vacation Rentals at the Phoenix Gulf Shores #1604 and couldn't be happier! The condo was absolutely beautiful...beds were super comfy, rooms were very spacious and the pools were fabulous! Everything we needed to make a memorable family vacation. Thank you Liquid Life.... We will be back next year!

In addition to this, the pool and hot tub in the Phoenix IV building was roped off and out of order for most of the week, so we had to go outside and next door to use the very crowded pool at hot tub at Phoenix III.

We rented Unit 4023 at Phoenix IV for the Thanksgiving week and we had reserved it at least 9 months in advance. When we arrived we could see that major construction was going on, yet we were not advised of this, nor were we given an opportunity to switch buildings. They came on the second day and draped our balcony in plastic sheeting to where we could not sit and look out at the water. They also put up a large sheet of plywood blocking off over half of what balcony was left. There was scaffolding going up and down all days from 9 to 5, with loud talking and banging of equipment. This severely impacted our stay, and when I went to complain to the office they said there was nothing they could do, nor could they give me a discount for the inconvenience when I requested it.

You will notice a running theme throughout the reviews of Liquid Life on this site. The complete lack of caring about the customer’s needs or any desire to make sure the customer gets what they payed for and expected to enjoy. We rented Florencia unit 708 from Liquid Life for the period of Oct 31- Dec15. We rented this condo with the primary purpose of entertaining our family that lives in the area as well as others visiting from out of state for the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend. When we arrived we found the condo to be absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our plans. Three days after we arrived my wife tried to use the oven to cook some breakfast pastries and discovered it was inoperative. We called Liquid Life and informed them. On the same day a maintenance man showed up to service the fire extinguishers. We informed him about the oven he agreed it was broke and called his supervisor who did not respond. He said he would pass this along. Several days later we had still not recieved any response and contnued to call the office. After about a week an appliance man showed up and ordered a part said it would take a few days. My wife informed him about our plans to cook for Thansgiving, he said would definitely be fixed by then. Meanwhile we had no oven to cook meals for ourselves and incurred extra costs eating out with a fridge full of food we couldnt cook. The week of Thanksgiving arrived three weeks later. Still no oven, Liquid Life keeps telling us no worries, they will purchase a new oven if neccesary. On Wednesday we are frantic I call them at 3pm for fourth time that day a manager gets on the phone and tells us the best they could do is move us to another condo 5 miles away. I tell them this is unacceptable we have to leave for the airport to pick up guests that are arriving for the holiday. They tell me they will try to find another stove. My wife is crying she cant do all the baking she had planned. At 7 pm they show up with a stove they took from some other condo. It works but they tell me they have to leave the broken one in the middle of my living room. Mind you this is all occuring 3 weeks after the problem was first reported. We had our holiday and a week later the broke stove was stll in the middle of my living space. Thats when I wrote the owner of Liquid Life an email about what a joke his company is. He called me back and the first thing he does is make a derogotory remark about my hispanic last name. He gives me his sincerest apologies but offers no compensation for our stress and inconvenience. Promise to get broken stove out right away but even that takes another two days. Took them four weeks to fix the problem and the whole time made it sound like we were somehow too demanding. The condo itself was beautiful do yourself a favor rent from someone else.

Unit 4023 itself was nice and very spacious, which was needed for our group of family and cooking the Thanksgiving dinner. However, the unit slept 10, but there was only one set of towels for 8, and only one dish cloth and dish towel in the kitchen, and NO hot pads at all. We just kept washing them over and over.

One other thing: Due to the construction, our TV reception was intermittently out most of the week. We could not watch the Parade or football games I had planned. All in all, it was a VERY disappointing week.

The unit was wonderful! Very clean and the front desk was great and so helpful but of course they didn't work for liquid life. Liquid life staff was terrible! When we tried to check in the four girls up front wanted to talk about nothing but who was having to work the next day. Someone came from the back to help us. Before we even went on vacation we knew renting from them was a problem because when we called about things the customer service staff was rude. Sent an email to the owner of the company but no response so I guess he condones this behavior . Would love to stay in this condo again but can't because Liquid Life takes care of it. Going back to my old rental company because they actually care about their customers!
