My husband and I along with our children their spouses and our grandchildren stayed at Phoenix on the Bay II at the end of August. and I just want to say it was awesome. We went through Prickett Properties and they were so helpful and informative. The room was gorgeous along with the pools and everything else. We had no problems with check in or anything.
