When I called to make a reservation for 2 locals and 2 nonlocals a few days later, the girl on the phone told me, "we have to make a living too" because she didn't want to give me the discounts for the locals. I did not want to give my business to a company that can't even hire a professional receptionist. She was very rude and did not want to help me ( it was like pulling teeth to get info out of her). So I took my business to another parasailing company. they told me where to find coupons - It helps to help people out.
Excellent set up. Great time. Chip and Dustin were great. Super value. We had a blast. Will do it again when we return. Thank you.

Using Pleasure Island Parasail is a pleasure! The crew is awesome (and cute!). Their safety standards make you feel so comfortable about the whole experience. We were 800ft up in the air and what a sight it was! Beautiful beach scenery and different fish in the ocean. Stingrays too! I can't wait to go back and do it again.
Had a great time, very professional and safe!! I would definitely recommend. Their location at the Pink Pony, Gulf Shores public beach was very convenient.
